Motorola Website Lists 10 Moto Edge, G Series Smartphones to Get Android 13 Update: All Details

 The Motorola Moto Edge 30 Pro will receive the Android 13 update, according to the company's website. The website lists 10 smartphones that will get the latest version of the Android operating system. Of the 10 phones, four are from the Moto Edge series and six are from the Moto G series. The website doesn't mention an update release schedule. Moto Edge 30 Pro was launched in India in February this year. Google released the official Android 13 update for Pixel phones recently.

From the Moto Edge series, Moto Edge 30 Pro, Moto Edge 30, Moto Edge+ (2022), and Moto Edge (2022) are listed for an update Android 13.

The six Moto G series smartphones that have been listed for the Android 13 update include Moto G Stylus 5G (2022), Moto G 5G (2022), Moto G82 5G, Moto G62 5G, Moto G42 and Moto G32. The company has not yet announced a specific timeline for the release of the Android 13 update for the aforementioned phones. The website also does not disclose any information regarding the deployment of the update.

Google recently announced the release of Android 13 update for its Pixel smartphones. The company also clarified that smartphones from other companies will start receiving the update later this year.

To recall, the Moto Edge 30 Pro was launched in India in February this year. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It features a 6.7-inch pOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution (1,080 x 2,400 pixels), a 144Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a DCI-P3 color gamut.

The phone also features a triple rear camera setup with dual LED flash. On the front, it has a 60MP selfie camera. The Moto Edge 30 Pro has a 4800mAh battery with 68W TurboPower wired fast charging support.
